Andy has over 35 years’ experience. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and has held senior roles within both insurance companies and brokers. He has specialised in real estate, establishing captive arrangements, schemes and affinity business and personal insurances for high net worth individuals. He is married to Jane, with two stepdaughters and lives in West Sussex. In his spare time, he enjoys all outdoor activities accompanied by his two Labradors.
Jane has over 30 years insurance experience working with insurance companies and brokers. As a Boardroom Executive Jane brings her in-depth knowledge of the insurance market to the Boardroom of her clients providing them with a common sense approach to managing risk, containing cost and maximising revenue.
Kelly has over 15 years’ experience. She has specialised in all aspects of commercial insurance including motor trade, fleet, commercial combined & real estate. In her career Kelly has also looked after high net worth clients. In her spare time, she enjoys holidays and family time. She is passionate about animals and has a sprocker spaniel – Luna, and two cats – Belle and Jack.
Vicky has been with AIM for 4 years. She supports the entire team, dealing with a wide range of clients across the business. She is focussed on customer service bringing a helpful and enthusiastic approach to work and our clients. Outside of work she enjoys cooking and walking her dogs over the West Sussex Downs.
